LEGALISATION & APOSTILLE REQUIREMENTS
Documents, especially affidavits and statutory declarations, for use in Tuvalu do not usually need to be legalised if they are signed/authenticated by a UK notary public (ss. 13 and 14 of the Tuvaluan Oaths and Statutory Declarations Act 1979 (as amended). Please confirm the requirements with the local instructing party.
