LEGALISATION & APOSTILLE REQUIREMENTS
Documents for use in the Republic of South Africa usually do not need to be legalised if they are signed/authenticated by a UK notary public (r. 63(2)(e) of the South African Uniform Rules of Court (version as of 26th June 2009).
In some cases, Foreign and Commonwealth Office Apostille may be required. Please confirm the requirements with the local instructing party.
