Notarisation of documents for Pakistan

LEGALISATION & APOSTILLE REQUIREMENTS
Foreign and Commonwealth Office Legalisation required.
This is followed by Consular legalisation from the Pakistan High Commission in London.
There are specific requirements for submission of documents at the consular section, as follows:

  • Personal appearance* of executant(s);
  • Attestation by the Foreign Commonwealth Office (Apostille);
  • Provision of each executant’s original valid British passport or driving license along with its photocopy;
  • Original document(s) along with a complete set of photocopies of all the documents being submitted for attestation/legalisation.

*in case a document is being executed by more than one executant, all need to attend the consular section in person in case the document relates to private matters.

An Agent can act on behalf of the executant in reference to a commercial document upon production of a valid letter of authorisation signed by the executant on the company’s letterhead paper with the executant’s passport copy extract (ID page only) attached.

TIME AND FEES
Please allow up to 1-2 working days for consular legalisation. The legalisation fee charge of the Pakistan High Commission is £8 per document.
