Foreign and Commonwealth Office Legalisation is required only.
(no further form of Consulate legalisation is required as Oman is a party to the Hague Convention of 05 October 1961)
Educational documents can still be attested by the Cultural Attache Office of the Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman.
