LEGALISATION AND APOSTILLE REQUIREMENTS
For documents to be used in Eritrea, they must first be legalised with an Apostille from the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), and then submitted to the Eritrean Consulate for further attestation. A photocopy of the document is required when submitting to the Consulate.
TIME AND FEES
The consular fee is £75 per document, with processing typically taking 2 to 3 working days. Payment is accepted in cash only. The Consulate is open for submissions from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
