Notarisation of documents for Dominican Republic

LEGALISATION & APOSTILLE REQUIREMENTS
Foreign and Commonwealth Office Legalisation is required only.
(no further form of Consulate legalisation is required as the Dominican Republic is a party to the Hague Convention of 05 October 1961). However, before the Apostilled documents can be used in the Dominican Republic, they must be translated into Spanish by a professional translator and the translation is required to be attested by the Consulate of the Dominican Republic in London.

TIME AND FEES
Please see our legalisation section for a guide to Foreign Office Fees and Time Scales. The Dominican Republic consular legalisation fee is £350 per commercial document and £150 per private document for official translations to be attested by the Consulate.
