Notarisation of documents for Bahrain

LEGALISATION & APOSTILLE REQUIREMENTS
Foreign and Commonwealth Office Legalisation required.
This is followed by Consular legalisation obtained from the Consulate of The Kingdom of Bahrain.

Certificate of Origin, invoices, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of goods must be first attested by the London and Arab-British Chambers of Commerce prior to submission to the Consulate for further legalisation.

The Consulate of the kingdom of Bahrain in London will only legalise documents issued from the following countries:
UK (Including Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Channel Island and British overseas territories), Ireland, Norway and Iceland.

TIME AND FEES
Please allow around 1-2 working days for consular legalisation. The legalisation fee charge of the Bahrain Consulate is currently £40 per private document and Certificate of Incorporation; £160 per Power of Attorney; and £100 for other types of commercial documents.

If further legalisation by the London and Arab-British Chambers of Commerce is required, additional legalisation fees apply, £48.03 for standard service (turnaround time up to 2 weeks) or £87.03 (turnaround time 3-4 working days).
