Republic of Bulgaria Notarisation Service
Many legal papers, that are required for submission in the Republic of Bulgaria, require notarisation by a United Kingdom Notary Public.
The Republic of Bulgaria is mainly a civil law jurisdiction, with origins primarily based on French civil law and Austrian and German commercial law, as well as some Russian influence.
Bulgaria’s Supreme Administrative Court and Bulgaria’s Supreme Court of Cassation serve as the highest appellate courts in Bulgaria.
These institutions ensure the proper application of Bulgarian laws in the lower Bulgarian courts. Bulgaria’s Supreme Judicial Council oversees the Bulgarian judiciary and is responsible for appointing all judges in Bulgaria.
We can assist you in notarising your papers for the Republic of Bulgaria. For example, Travel Consents or Court Papers or Powers of Attorney, to buy or sell land and property or for divorce related matters, are amongst the most common forms of instruction for notary public services, we receive for Bulgaria.
Sometimes a Power of Attorney is required for Bulgaria to change ownership of an asset or property in Bulgaria and therefore the services of a notary public are required.
Sometimes a Travel Consent is required to enable a child or children to travel to and from Bulgaria.
Please be welcome to see us for a notary public service if you require your papers notarised for submission in Bulgaria.
