Commitment to Client Care

Our goal is to ensure that every client receives a service of the highest quality and leaves completely satisfied with their experience. In the vast majority of cases, this is exactly what our clients achieve. However, if for any reason you feel dissatisfied, your first step should be to contact Charles Guthrie, who will address your concerns using our internal complaints procedure.

Complaints Process

We will always make every reasonable effort to resolve matters at this stage. If, however, the issue remains unresolved, you may escalate your complaint to The Notaries Society, of which we are a member. They operate an Approved Complaints Procedure and can be contacted at:

Elaine Standish, Secretary of The Notaries Society
PO Box 876
Chichester
PO19 9ZH
Email: secretary@thenotariessociety.org.uk

If a resolution is still not reached, the matter may then be referred to the Registrar of the Faculty Office at the address above. After eight weeks, complaints may also be submitted to the Legal Ombudsman, the final body responsible for complaint resolution across the legal profession in England and Wales:
