LEGALISATION AND APOSTILLE REQUIREMENTS
Tunisia is a member of the 1961 Hague Convention, so a UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) Apostille is generally sufficient for documents to be used in Tunisia. For commercial documents, the FCDO Apostille alone is accepted. However, the Tunisian Consulate can still provide attestation for certain private documents if specifically required by local authorities in Tunisia.
